Roles & Responsibilities
- Analyze and understand functional and technical requirements
- Work with business and capability teams to refine requirements
- Guide the team while remaining hands-on with development
- Build robust, efficient, and effective solutions
- Identify opportunities to optimize applications
- Participate in Agile/Scrum development
- Lead teams in an onshore/offshore model
- Contribute to continuous integration, improvement, and learning
- Help develop the team's functional and technical technology roadmap
- Coordinate directly with clients for requirement clarification and solution discussions
