AS/400 Senior Developers / Tech LeadRole: AS/400 Senior Developers / Tech LeadWork Location: Orlando, FL (Onsite)Required Skills & Experience:7+ years of experience in AS/400 development.Proficiency in RPGLE (Free & Fixed format), CL, and SQL/DB2.Experience with DB2 database design, stored procedures, and performance tuning.Strong understanding of AS/400 system administration, security, and file management.Familiarity with tools such as RDi (Rational Developer for i) and TurnOver for change management.Experience with API development and integration using AS/400.Knowledge of modern software development methodologies, such as Agile and DevOps, is a plus.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team.Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively manage teams and projects.
