Supporting the Auto Repair Xpress (ARX) network, the full-time remote ARX Performance Specialist will conduct performance reviews, monitor repair facility metrics, and collaborate with partners to enhance operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Conduct onsite and virtual performance reviews of ARX repair facilities Monitor and evaluate repair facility performance using established metrics and quality standards Analyze operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement Required Qualifications: Experience in the automotive repair, collision repair, insurance claims, or vehicle damage industry Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Experience with performance management or operational reviews is a plus
