Job Description
We are looking for strong GenAI/LLM engineers who have good hands- on experience using LangChain, LanGraph, MCP, Agent Harness and Python with 7+ years of experience. You should have worked extensively as part of the development team and participated in agent design. End-to-end project experience would be a necessary requirement.

Key Responsibilities
- MCP: Architect and use MCP(Model Context Protocol) for scalable AI solutions.
- Langraph Agents: Design and deploy Langraph-based agents for complex workflows.
- LangChain Development: Build and optimise LLM-powered applications using LangChain.
- Agent Harness: Implement agent harness frameworks to manage and scale autonomous agents.
- Must have used Python as programing language extensively.
- Self-Learning Agents: Develop adaptive agents capable of continuous improvement and learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into enterprise systems.
- Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of deployed models.
Key Skills & Experience
- Engineering/Masters degree in IT, Computer Engineering or Software Engineering
- Strong knowledge of Gen AI & Open AI based frameworks and tools
- Experience in building MCPs and agent harness systems
- Experience in LLMs, LangChain, LanGraph
- Strong knowledge of Python and SQL
- Proven ability to design and deploy self-learning agents
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and technical skills to work across multiple teams.
