Required Skill and Experience
Experience in developing and applying generative AI models.
Strong understanding of Python engineering skills combined with hands-on experience building LLM-powered applications, AI agents, agent orchestration, Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations, reusable AI Skills, Managed Agents, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions
Proficiency in programming languages like Python, FastAPI and familiarity with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
Experience with Azure and Microsoft/Azure AI services is highly desirable.
Build LLM-powered AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, tool invocation, workflow execution, and interaction with enterprise systems.
Design and implement single-agent and multi-agent architectures, including agent orchestration, delegation, handoffs, and collaboration patterns
Design and implement Model Context Protocol (MCP) clients and servers to expose enterprise data, APIs, and capabilities securely to AI agents
Develop reusable Skills, tools, prompts, and agent capabilities that can be shared across multiple agents and use cases.
Build and deploy Managed Agents / hosted agents using enterprise AI platforms and agent services
Manage the entire AI development lifecycle, from data pre-processing and model training to evaluation, optimization, and deployment.
Stay up to date on the latest advancements in generative AI research and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our AI capabilities.
Champion responsible AI development practices, focusing on bias mitigation, fairness, and explainability.
Preferred Skill and Experience
Experience in cloud-based platforms like Azure & Microsoft / Azure AI services
Experience in Open-Source tools and technologies
Consistent score in Coding sites like Hackerrank, CodeChef etc.
Industry-acclaimed External Certifications, if applicable
Active participation in Technology forums
Contribution to Open-Source Community.
