Art Director
We are looking for an Art Director who brings both conceptual "big idea" thinking and hands-on production design excellence. This role requires a strategic creative who can lead ideas from concept through execution across a wide range of digital touchpoints. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable developing breakthrough creative platforms and producing many high-quality digital assets. They have strong proficiency in modern tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and new creative technologies.
Key Areas of Expertise:
- Developing strategic, best-in-class omni-channel marketing campaigns
- Translating business challenges into compelling creative concepts and scalable systems
- Designing best-in-class websites and digital experiences with a strong understanding of UX/UI principles, responsive design, accessibility, and modern web design standards
- Balancing high-level concepting with diligent production development
- Working effectively within a dynamic, client-focused organization
- Managing multiple, high-volume digital deliverables and campaigns
- Client-facing: Presenting creative concepts, articulating thinking, and building confidence in ideas
- Leading and mentoring junior creative team members
