Your Responsibilities
- Utilize radiographic and CT methodologies to generate diagnostic images for thorough physician assessment.
- Engage with radiologists and the multidisciplinary care team to promote accurate diagnostic outcomes.
- Safely position patients and configure imaging tools to achieve optimal results.
- Implement radiation safety protocols for the protection of patients and colleagues.
- Keep precise records, including imaging logbooks and equipment inspections.
- Deliver compassionate care throughout the imaging experience.
- Foster a safe, efficient, and well-organized imaging setting.
- Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology is mandatory; a Bachelor's Degree is advantageous.
- Completion of an accredited radiology program is required.
- ARRT certification (CT and/or Radiography) mandatory.
- Current BLS certification or capability to acquire within 90 days of employment.
- Expertise in diagnostic imaging procedures and safety protocols.
- Outstanding communication capabilities with patients and the medical team.
- Able to thrive in dynamic environments and adept at adjusting to shifting demands.
- Strong attention to detail and a sense of profound accountability.
- Comfortable with PACS, RIS, and contemporary imaging software.
