Education Requirements:
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- ARRT Registered or Registry eligible. Must obtain registry within 6 months of date of hire.
- A student in the second year of an approved school of radiologic technology.
- Desire for furthering one's education in the various specialties related to the fields of radiology.
- Performs radiographic procedures for neonatal, pediatric, and adult patients in accordance with departmental policies and procedures.
- Establishes and employs methods to assess and manage operational activities effectively.
- Keeps up-to-date with skills, knowledge, and policies related to radiology examinations and procedures.
- Aids physicians during radiology procedures.
- Maintains and operates specialized radiology equipment proficiently.
- Fosters positive departmental relationships, addresses concerns with supervisors, and represents the department positively to colleagues and staff.
