Radiation Therapist
MLR (MLee Recruiting) is hiring a dedicated, full-time Radiation Therapist to join a reputable acute-care facility in Texas. This position involves delivering specialized radiation treatments, following clinical protocols to support both diagnostic and therapeutic patient care.
Salary Range: $58,462 - $93,387 annually
Key Duties:
- Treatment Administration: Collaborate with the oncology team to provide individualized radiation treatments, prioritizing excellent patient care.
- Schedule: Full-time position, Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 4 PM.
- Patient Support: Assist patients throughout their treatment process, addressing questions and offering essential support.
- Therapy Execution: Administer radiation treatments according to personalized care plans.
Requirements:
- ARRT Certification: Active certification with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
- Texas MRT Certification: Certified by the Texas Medical Board.
- CPR-BLS Certification: Current Basic Life Support certification is required.
- Licensure: Licensed as a Radiologic Technologist in Texas.
- Technical Expertise: Proficient in operating linear accelerators, CT scanners, and related software systems.
