MLR is seeking a skilled and compassionate Radiologic Technologist (Rad Tech) to perform diagnostic imaging examinations, ensuring high-quality patient care and accurate diagnostic results.
Responsibilities:
- Operate radiologic equipment to produce images of the body for diagnostic purposes.
- Position patients and adjust equipment to obtain the best possible images while ensuring patient comfort and safety.
- Evaluate images for quality and accuracy, consulting with radiologists and other medical professionals as needed.
- Educate patients about the imaging process and answer any questions or concerns.
- Maintain detailed records of patient information, imaging procedures, and equipment maintenance.
- Associate degree from an accredited Radiologic Technology program (CAPTE accredited preferred).
- NJ DEP License.
- Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
- Strong technical skills and attention to detail.
