Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-quality MRI scans based on physician orders.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the imaging procedure.
- Precisely position patients and select appropriate imaging techniques.
- Operate and maintain MRI equipment while following all safety protocols.
- ARRT(R)(MR) certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
- Current Connecticut state licensure as an MRI Technologist.
- Preferred 1-2 years of experience as an MRI Technologist.
- Familiarity with GE Scanners is a plus, though not required.
- Comprehensive knowledge of MRI procedures, anatomy, and safety practices.
