MLR is partnering with a breast care center in the District of Columbia to find a dedicated Mammography Technologist to join their team.
Qualifications for a Mammography Technician:
- Associate degree or higher in radiologic technology or a related field.
- Current certification in mammography from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or equivalent.
- State licensure or eligibility for licensure as a radiologic technologist in Washington, DC.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
- Position patients for mammography procedures, ensuring proper alignment for accurate imaging.
- Operate mammography equipment to obtain high-quality images of breast tissue.
- Work closely with radiologists to ensure precise interpretation of mammogram images.
- Offer patient education and support throughout the mammography process.
- Up to $10,000 Sign-On Bonus.
