Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Utilizing radiographic and CT techniques to generate high-quality diagnostic images for physician evaluation
- Working in unison with radiologists and the healthcare team to support accurate diagnoses
- Positioning patients correctly and calibrating equipment for the best imaging results
- Ensuring radiation safety protocols are strictly followed for everyone's well-being
- Maintaining accurate records, including imaging logs and the upkeep of equipment
- Delivering compassionate care and support throughout the imaging experience
- Contributing to a safe, organized, and effective imaging environment
- Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology; a Bachelor's Degree is advantageous
- Graduation from an accredited radiology program is needed
- ARRT certification in CT and/or Radiography
- Current BLS certification or ability to secure it within 90 days of hire
- Familiarity with diagnostic imaging protocols and safety standards
- Exceptional communication abilities with patients and interdisciplinary staff
- Adeptness at adapting quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of accountability
- Comfort with PACS, RIS, and contemporary imaging software
