Your Responsibilities Include
- Employ radiographic and CT methodologies to acquire exceptional diagnostic images for physician examination
- Work in collaboration with radiologists and the multidisciplinary care team to facilitate precise diagnoses
- Ensure accurate patient positioning and calibrate equipment to achieve the best imaging results
- Adhere strictly to radiation safety protocols for the protection of both patients and staff
- Maintain comprehensive records, including imaging archives and upkeep of equipment
- Deliver compassionate care throughout the imaging journey for every patient
- Contribute to a well-organized, safe, and efficient imaging environment
- Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology is a must; Bachelor's Degree is advantageous
- Completion of an accredited radiology program is essential
- ARRT certification (CT and/or Radiography) is required
- Active BLS certification or capability to secure within 90 days post-hire
- Expertise in diagnostic imaging protocols and adherence to safety standards
- Strong communication aptitude for engaging with patients and multi-disciplinary teams
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting seamlessly to evolving needs
