Your Role as a CT Technologist:
As a CT Technologist , you'll perform diagnostic CT imaging procedures with precision and care, assisting clinicians in accurate diagnoses and treatment planning. Your role blends technical skills with compassionate patient interaction.
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform CT Imaging: Operate CT equipment to capture detailed cross-sectional images of patient anatomy.
• Ensure Patient Comfort & Safety: Clearly explain procedures, assist with positioning, and provide emotional support.
• Collaborate with Medical Staff: Coordinate with radiologists and providers to ensure image accuracy and timely reporting.
• Maintain Equipment: Conduct routine checks and cleaning; report technical issues to appropriate teams.
• Adhere to Safety Guidelines: Follow ALARA principles and regulatory standards for radiation exposure and patient safety.
• Documentation: Complete all electronic health records and image logs accurately.

Qualifications:

• Education: Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program.
• Certifications:
  • ARRT (R) required.
  • ARRT (CT) preferred or must be obtained within a designated timeframe.
  • Washington State Radiologic Technologist License required.
• Experience: Experience preferred but not required-strong new grads welcome.
• Other Requirements: Current BLS certification.
