Key Responsibilities for a CT Technician:
- Perform CT imaging procedures with precision and care, ensuring high-quality images.
- Position patients accurately to obtain optimal imaging results while ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Operate and maintain CT equipment, including regular calibrations and quality control checks.
- Review and evaluate images for clarity, accuracy, and diagnostic quality.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field.
- Current ARRT certification in CT (Computed Tomography).
- Valid Connecticut state license to practice as a Radiologic Technologist.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in CT imaging preferred.
- Strong technical skills and attention to detail.
