MLR is seeking a certified Computed Tomography (CT) Technologist for a leading healthcare facility near Lake Isabella, California!
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate CT equipment to produce accurate diagnostic images and ensure patient safety.
- Position patients, administer contrast agents, and follow radiation safety protocols.
- Collaborate with radiologists, analyze images, and maintain detailed records.
- Monitor equipment, perform routine maintenance, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Successful completion of an American Medical Association (AMA) accredited program leading to registry by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT.)
- State of California (CRT) and ARRT registration and certification.
- Two years of staff Radiologic Technologist experience in an Acute care hospital, including one year of experience as a CT Technologist.
- Should possess a State of California Permit to perform fluoroscopy procedures or obtain a permit within one year of hire and maintain it thereafter.
