MLR is seeking a full-time, permanent, direct-hire X-Ray Technologist to join their client's growing team within an inpatient acute-care hospital setting near Welches, Oregon!
Key Responsibilities for X-Ray Technologist:
- Perform a variety of diagnostic X-ray imaging procedures, ensuring accurate and high-quality results.
- Full-time, permanent, direct-hire opportunity.
- Setting: Acute inpatient hospital.
- Prepare patients for procedures, explain the process, and position them properly to capture optimal images.
- Operate X-ray equipment to obtain diagnostic images.
- Collaborate with physicians and radiologists to deliver precise imaging results for accurate diagnosis.
- Maintain and operate X-ray equipment, adhering to safety standards and radiation regulations.
- Keep detailed and accurate patient records in accordance with hospital policies.
- Completion of an accredited Diagnostic Technology program required.
- Valid Oregon licensure required.
- BLS certification must be completed before starting.
- Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) is required.
