Responsibilities of CT Technologist:
- Perform CT scans with proficiency and attention to detail.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures.
- Prepare and position patients correctly for optimal scan quality.
- Operate CT equipment and adjust parameters as needed to obtain clear and diagnostic images.
- Collaborate closely with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to review imaging studies and assist in diagnosis and treatment planning.
- ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification in CT required.
- New Jersey DEP License.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
- Proficiency in operating CT equipment and performing various CT imaging protocols.
