Your Key Responsibilities
- Utilize both radiographic and CT methodology to produce precise diagnostic images for physicians' analysis
- Work collaboratively with radiologists and other health professionals to facilitate accurate assessments
- Ensure optimal imaging by expertly positioning patients and fine-tuning equipment
- Adhere to all radiation safety protocols to protect patients and staff
- Keep meticulous records, including imaging logs and machinery maintenance documentation
- Deliver empathetic patient care during the imaging procedures
- Enhance the efficacy and organization of the imaging environment
- An Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology is essential; a Bachelor's Degree is advantageous
- Completion of a qualified radiology program
- ARRT certification (in CT or Radiography)
- Current BLS certification or capability to secure within 90 days of employment
- Strong knowledge of diagnostic imaging standards and safety regulations
- Exceptional communication capabilities with patients and interdisciplinary team members
- Able to function efficiently in a fast-paced setting while adjusting to evolving demands
- A meticulous attention to detail and a profound sense of accountability
- Comfortable with current PACS, RIS, and advanced imaging technologies
