Job Title
Under immediate supervision, performs duties of average difficulty assisting in the operation of a class, or similar learning situations. May perform a variety of clerical or supportive duties of average complexity; may provide services to students in a language other than English; performs related work as required.
Minimum Qualifications
Meets proficiency requirement by:
- Successfully passing the District's Instructional Assistant/Student Attendant exam, or
- Passing CBEST, or
- U.S. A.A. Degree or higher verified with transcripts reflecting degree, or
- 60+ college units verified by transcripts.
- Anyone with a foreign degree MUST complete Language and Written Portion of exam.
- Graduation from high school or equivalent
