You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $27.32 / Hour Job Schedule: Day Time Fri 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM Sat 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM Sun 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, access-control protocols, and/or emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of facilities, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity, unauthorized access, and potential hazards.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and applicable legal requirements.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, and maintain accurate incident, patrol, and access-control documentation.
• Carry and maintain authorized equipment in accordance with Allied Universal policies, site requirements, and applicable laws and regulations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Possess at least 3 years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience, or a college degree.
• Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Possess a Level III Armed Certification in Texas.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
