Arkansas Licensed Therapist

To support a growing virtual mental health practice, the full-time Arkansas Licensed Therapist will provide 100% remote outpatient therapy for lower to moderate acuity populations, focusing on clinical autonomy and minimal administrative burden. Key responsibilities Deliver outpatient therapy sessions, including 60-minute intakes and follow-ups, while managing a consistent caseload Make independent treatment decisions and collaborate with an in-house referral network to enhance patient care Maintain clear documentation and adhere to defined goals within an evidence-based clinical approach Required qualifications Independently licensed therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC or equivalent) with an active, unrestricted license Two or more independent and active state licenses (excluding CA, NY, and MA) Experience in outpatient, community mental health, or structured clinical settings is highly desired Familiarity with structured, skills-based modalities such as CBT, ACT, MI, or DBT-informed care is preferred Strong clinical judgment and comfort in making independent decisions in a fast-paced outpatient environment
