Arkansas Licensed Tax Analyst

To support the company's indirect tax compliance and reporting functions, the full-time remote Arkansas Licensed Tax Analyst will manage the preparation of complex sales/use and property tax filings, conduct technical tax research, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance. Key responsibilities Review and prepare sales/use tax returns and personal property tax filings, ensuring accuracy and timely submission Conduct technical research on complex indirect tax issues and provide actionable recommendations to management Lead initiatives to improve tax processes and support audits and cross-functional projects Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred 3-6+ years of relevant experience in sales/use or property tax compliance Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word required Experience with property tax software (e.g., PTMS) is a plus Advanced analytical and technical research capabilities
