To support individuals with disabilities and chronic illnesses, the full-time Arkansas Licensed Support Broker will manage participant enrollment, provide training and support for self-direction, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards while working remotely across Craighead County and surrounding areas. Key responsibilities: Assist participants with enrollment in self-direction and provide training on hiring and managing support workers Monitor participant health and welfare, reporting any concerns to case managers and maintaining compliance with HIPAA standards Conduct outreach and education efforts to promote self-direction and explain the roles of participants and Public Partnerships Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Minimum of three years' experience in customer service, data entry, teaching, mentoring, or coaching Must reside in the state of Arkansas Experience with outcome-based expectations Strong understanding of self-direction principles and the responsibilities of support brokers
