To support Medicaid quality initiatives, the full-time Arkansas Licensed Quality Manager will direct quality programs, collaborate with leadership and internal teams, and manage project documentation and implementation while working remotely. Key responsibilities Develops and manages performance improvement strategies for Medicaid quality programs, ensuring compliance with state standards Collaborates with internal departments and external vendors to prepare reporting and documentation for the state Medicaid department Oversees hiring, coaching, training, and performance management of the quality team Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business or a Medical background, or five years of relevant experience engaging with healthcare providers Minimum five years' experience working with physicians and healthcare providers At least two years' experience with government programs quality measures, specifically in Medicare Minimum two years' leadership experience in project management or team leadership roles Experience with healthcare claims data and knowledge of Medicaid/Government Programs preferred
