Looking for an energetic new team member to manage the Milestone Brands portfolio both On/Off Premise General Market and Chains in the State of Arizona! Our portfolio includes dynamic brands such as Empress 1908 Gin and Dulce Vida Tequila.
Responsibilities
- Drive Milestone KPI(s) within the market and target account universe on/off premise & chains
- Deliver depletion results that are at or exceed annual plan goals
- Support broader Milestone brand development and state goal attainment through wholesaler Southern Glazer’s work-with, GSMs, & trainings
- Participate in business reviews on performance vs goals
- Provide sales solutions and product knowledge to key accounts
- Support building consumer adoption through execution of events and promotions.
- Contribute to designing programs that drive consumer pull
- Conduct staff and bartender trainings
- Ability to travel as needed to support other key geographies in West U.S.
Skills and Experiences
- Minimum required 3-5+ years of experience within the Wine & Spirits industry.
- Prior On-Premise experience selling to casino’s, bars/restaurants, resorts, hotels preferred
- Prior On-Premise experience selling to multi outlet-concept operators experience a plus
- Existing On-Premise influential and image account relationships preferred
- Prior Off-Premise experience selling to General Market and Chain/Regional Chains preferred
- Prior Off-Premise experience selling to General Market and Chain/Regional Chains preferred
- Existing Off-Premise influential and image account relationships preferred
- Prior experience selling and managing National Retail Chain business preferred
- Microsoft Office PowerPoint/Excel base knowledge & openness/ability to learn new systems
- Ability to work non-traditional hours (nights-weekends)
- Adept in fact-based/ feature and benefit selling
- Entrepreneurial mind set. (aka problem solver)
- Ability to work solo and through others to deliver results
- Must live within 30 miles of designated major market, Phoenix
- Valid drivers license
