To support the health and recovery of injured workers, the full-time Arizona RN Case Manager will create case management strategies, advocate for effective medical treatment, and coordinate services in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Perform initial and ongoing clinical assessments via telephone to evaluate injured workers' needs and treatment progress Build relationships with claims examiners, clients, and other stakeholders to facilitate communication and problem-solving Negotiate treatment plans and identify opportunities for expedited care to support timely recovery and cost containment Required qualifications Current unrestricted RN license in a state or territory of the United States 1.5 years of prior experience in workers' compensation Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) preferred or equivalent work experience Certification in case management, rehabilitation nursing, or a related specialty is highly preferred
