To support Arizona K-12 schools, the fully remote Arizona Licensed Speech Pathologist will deliver high-quality speech and language instruction, evaluate student progress, and design individualized treatment plans as a 1099 Independent Contractor for the school year. Key responsibilities Deliver engaging speech and language instruction in a virtual classroom setting Evaluate students' speech and language levels and create actionable goals based on findings Design and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with each student's IEP Required qualifications Active Arizona SLP license in good standing PreK-12 professional non-teaching certificate from the Arizona Department of Education Fingerprint Clearance Card issued by the Arizona Department of Public Safety Professional liability insurance Working knowledge of IDEA and Arizona special education law/A.R.S. requirements
