Arizona Licensed Sales Executive

Driving high-impact growth across an assigned territory, the full-time Arizona Licensed Sales Executive will lead complex sales cycles with small to mid-sized HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical contractors while mentoring junior sellers and contributing to territory strategy in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Own and execute a territory growth plan targeting larger contractor accounts while cultivating consultative relationships Lead the entire sales process from prospecting to closing, managing both outbound activity and inbound leads Partner with regional management to refine go-to-market strategies and contribute to sales process improvements Required qualifications 2+ years of high-performing B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or SMB technology markets Proven ability to sell in complex environments, such as multi-location or high-value accounts Strong understanding of the sales process with the ability to tailor approaches to various contractor business models Experience mentoring and collaborating with junior sales team members Bachelor's degree preferred; proficiency with Salesforce and sales engagement tools is essential
