Arizona Licensed Remote Therapist

To support a growing virtual mental health practice, the full-time Arizona Licensed Remote Therapist will provide outpatient therapy for lower to moderate acuity populations, managing a consistent caseload while enjoying a flexible remote work environment with minimal administrative burden. Key responsibilities Deliver 100% remote outpatient therapy sessions, focusing on conditions such as anxiety, depression, and trauma Maintain a consistent outpatient caseload with clear, defined goals and expectations Make independent treatment decisions while collaborating with an in-house referral network and operational support team Required qualifications Independently licensed therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC or equivalent) with an active, unrestricted license Two or more independent and active state licenses (excluding CA, NY, and MA) Experience managing a consistent outpatient caseload in a structured clinical setting Strong clinical judgment and independent decision-making skills Preferred experience with structured, skills-based modalities (e.g., CBT, ACT, MI, DBT-informed care)
