To support a growing team, the full-time Remote Arizona Licensed Prior Authorization Pharmacist will review and complete prior authorization requests, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Key responsibilities Review and complete prior authorization requests based on established criteria Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in prior authorization Maintain accuracy while processing each authorization request Required qualifications Active Pharmacist License in the state of residence Previous pharmacy experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) or Prior Authorization adjudication preferred Smartphone required for login verification Must have a high-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps download, 3 Mbps upload) Private work area required for secure handling of confidential information
