To provide remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients, the part-time Arizona Licensed Mental Health Therapist will maintain a caseload of 7-20 clients per week while utilizing various therapeutic modalities and collaborating with other mental health professionals as needed. Key responsibilities Deliver remote therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, and ACT Maintain accurate progress notes and documentation in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations Utilize data to drive treatment effectiveness and adjust therapeutic approaches based on client progress Required qualifications Active license as a LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) in Arizona Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience with adult clients (18+) and at least six months of teletherapy experience Proficiency with clinical assessments, such as PHQ-9, for tracking client progress Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems Availability for 8-24 hours per week, with a commitment to ongoing training and documentation requirements
