To support the establishment of a new clinical presence in Arizona, the part-time Arizona Licensed Mental Health Counselor will provide telehealth services, conducting assessments and therapy for children, teens, and families while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. Key responsibilities Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized, trauma-informed treatment plans Provide individual and family therapy through secure telehealth platforms Maintain accurate clinical documentation and build therapeutic relationships with clients and families Required qualifications Active Arizona license as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW Experience working with children, adolescents, and families, or a strong interest in this population Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment Commitment to trauma-informed and culturally responsive care Bilingual English/Spanish skills strongly preferred
