Key responsibilities Answer chats and texts promptly, assessing clinical needs and ensuring quality assurance of services Complete thorough clinical documentation and monitor client follow-ups, including those on a 72-Hour Suicide Watch Supervise remote clinical staff and provide training, while maintaining compliance with agency policies and procedures Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in counseling, social work, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in the behavioral health field Preferred crisis experience and supervisory experience Experience in program development is preferred Must be an Arizona resident
