To support the launch of behavioral health services in Arizona, a contract Arizona Licensed LCSW/LMFT will participate in payer enrollment, credentialing, and clinical readiness activities while working remotely on a flexible schedule. Key responsibilities Participate in commercial and Medicaid payer enrollment processes and maintain credentialing documentation Engage in meetings related to network expansion and conduct user research interviews to understand the Arizona healthcare landscape Identify and facilitate introductions to local key opinion leaders in the pediatric space Required qualifications Active, unrestricted Arizona license as an LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or Psychologist Eligible for credentialing with commercial and government payers Experience delivering behavioral health services in outpatient or telehealth settings preferred Strong organizational skills and timely completion of credentialing requirements Interest in supporting innovative, technology-enabled care delivery models
