Arizona Licensed Inpatient Care Nurse

To support health service utilization, the full-time Arizona Licensed Inpatient Care Management Nurse will perform assessments, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and ensure appropriate care management while working remotely from the Pacific, Mountain, or Central Time Zones. Key responsibilities Perform initial and concurrent reviews of inpatient cases using evidence-based criteria Collaborate with healthcare professionals and medical directors to develop and manage care plans Identify delays in care and facilitate timely discharge planning and alternative levels of care Required qualifications Current, unrestricted RN license in the state of residence 3+ years of clinical nursing experience in acute or long-term care settings 1+ years of experience in utilization review and familiarity with evidence-based guidelines Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and clinical platforms Designated workspace with secure high-speed internet access
