Arizona Licensed Finance Advisor

To support student financial needs, the full-time Arizona Licensed Finance Advisor will communicate with students through various channels, manage financial aid inquiries, and ensure compliance with established guidelines in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Evaluate and manage multiple financial aid inquiries to assist students in achieving their educational goals Educate students on financial aid policies and facilitate the processing of federal student financial aid Collaborate with internal departments to enhance the overall student experience and resolve any financial aid issues Required qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent Prior experience in financial aid advisement or customer service in an educational setting General knowledge of the higher education industry and Title IV funding Ability to handle escalated communication effectively Proficiency in navigating multiple software applications
