Arizona Licensed EAP Counselor

Providing telephonic and video counseling, the full-time Arizona Licensed EAP Counselor will engage with clients to offer in-the-moment support and crisis management, ensuring a warm and empathic approach while working remotely or in a hybrid setting. Key responsibilities: Provide single session telephonic and video counseling while maintaining client confidentiality Assess clients for appropriateness for short-term counseling and manage high-risk calls Collaboratively develop treatment plans and maintain clear clinical documentation Required qualifications: Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology Minimum of 2 years of direct client-contact experience in counseling or mental health services Experience with clinical assessment tools and short-term counseling modalities Training in crisis intervention and experience supporting high-risk clients Ability to work with clients facing substance abuse and mental health concerns
