To support a growing healthcare organization, the remote Arizona Licensed Coding Manager will oversee coding operations, manage a team, and ensure accurate coding and revenue integrity while driving departmental process improvements. Key responsibilities: Oversee department's work queues and productivity reports to ensure timely submission of charges Develop and implement standardized physician-based coding guidelines and provide education on coding policies Manage the offshore coding team and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations Required qualifications: Current AAPC CPC, AHIMA CCS-P, or equivalent certification in good standing Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Health Administration preferred 5 years of progressive professional coding experience with extensive knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT codes 2 years of supervisory experience required athenaOne experience is required
