To ensure compliance with regulatory standards, the part-time Arizona Licensed Coding Auditor will conduct audits of inpatient coding charts, analyze compliance risks, and maintain client relationships while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Conduct internal audits of inpatient coding to identify process gaps and organizational risks Analyze audit results to identify potential compliance issues and communicate findings to stakeholders Provide quality performance feedback through internal coding audits to coding staff and leadership Required qualifications: High School Diploma/GED AAPC or AHIMA certification (CCS, CPC, RHIT, or RHIA) 3+ years of inpatient facility coding and auditing experience 1+ years of experience collaborating with CDI and quality leadership Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
