To support a growing legal and medical coordination practice, the full-time Arizona Licensed Case Coordinator will manage an active caseload of 100-150 cases, foster relationships with law firms and medical providers, and assess funding decisions up to $25K while working remotely. Key responsibilities Manage active caseload and prioritize daily and weekly tasks to maintain workflow Communicate effectively with attorneys, clients, and medical providers to ensure optimal service delivery Oversee medical treatment coordination for accident victims, including scheduling appointments and analyzing medical records Required qualifications High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred 1-3 years of relevant industry or legal experience Knowledge of medical terminology and the life cycle of a case Ability to assess overall case metrics and make timely decisions independently Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
