Arizona Licensed Behavioral Health Specialist

To support a growing virtual mental health practice, the full-time Behavioral Health Credentialing Specialist will manage credentialing processes, track documentation, and ensure compliance with regulations while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Monitor and maintain credentialing and contracting boards, ensuring all provider documentation is complete and compliant Verify provider credentials, licenses, and certifications, and manage CAQH profiles for new and existing providers Follow up on individual and group applications to ensure timely approval and address any issues related to contracts and denied claims Required qualifications: Minimum of 1 year experience with credentialing and contracting for behavioral health Spanish speaking skills are a plus Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards Proficiency in using credentialing software and tracking systems
