To enhance patient care and operational effectiveness, the full-time Arizona Licensed Behavioral Health Manager will supervise and mentor Behavioral Health Care Coordinators, monitor team performance, and oversee care coordination activities in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Supervise and provide ongoing support to Behavioral Health Care Coordinators Monitor team productivity, performance metrics, and quality outcomes Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and operational effectiveness Required qualifications Master's Degree in any field; or Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Human Services, Public Health, Behavioral Health, or a related field; or Bachelor's Degree in any field with at least three years of relevant experience; or High School Diploma/GED with six or more years of relevant experience Experience leading or supervising teams in behavioral health, care coordination, or related settings Knowledge of behavioral health conditions and community resources Proficiency in electronic health records (EHRs) and care management platforms Commitment to ongoing professional growth and staff development
