Arizona Licensed Associate Counselor

To support a growing practice, the remote Licensed Associate Counselor will provide telehealth therapy to the Medicaid population while benefiting from administrative support and a robust referral network. Key responsibilities Deliver telehealth therapy sessions to Medicaid clients, focusing on personalized treatment plans Collaborate with an independently licensed supervisor to accrue hours toward full licensure Utilize EHR systems and digital tools for efficient client management and documentation Required qualifications Valid LAC license in good standing in the state of Arizona Master's degree in Counseling with a minimum of 6 months of hands-on therapy or assessment experience Own malpractice coverage ($1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate) Comfort with EHR systems and digital tools Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish is preferred
