Key responsibilities Oversee new business applications, quotes, and account management including renewals and endorsements Serve as the primary contact for agents, managing day-to-day servicing and inquiries related to commercial lines Respond to customer and agent inquiries efficiently, ensuring strong customer service and timely follow-ups Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree OR Associate's Degree with two years of relevant experience OR High School Diploma with four years of relevant experience Property and Casualty Agent's License is required Two to four years of experience in customer service, agency, and/or underwriting, preferably in commercial lines Basic knowledge of property/casualty insurance products and relevant state regulations Demonstrated self-development through professional insurance designations such as CIC, CISR, or CLCS
