We're Hiring: Area Sales Manager, NYC | The Morel Company
The Mullings Group is partnering with The Morel Company to find our next Area Sales Manager for the New York City market.
Morel makes the Hercules Patient Repositioner, a device that lets a single caregiver reposition a patient in bed with the push of a button, improving safety for nurses and comfort and dignity for patients. Published case studies from hospitals using Hercules have shown pressure injury rates dropping to zero and measurable gains in patient and caregiver experience.
What you'll own:
- New business development and quota attainment across the NYC market
- Product demos and evaluations that move deals through the pipeline
- Client relationships from first conversation through close - clinical and finance
- Territory strategy and execution
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years of capital healthcare sales experience, with a track record as a top performer
- Bachelor's degree (MBA a plus)
- Experience selling through Nursing leadership
- Strong business acumen, clinical knowledge is a plus
- Comfortable owning a full sales cycle independently
- Based in or deeply familiar with the NYC hospital market
