Area Sales & Branch Manager – Staffing (Gainesville, Ga)Are you a proven outside sales professional who thrives on winning new business and building lasting client relationships? We are seeking a high impact area sales & branch manager to lead growth in the Gainesville, GA market.This is not a desk role. It is a field driven, revenue generating position designed for someone who enjoys prospecting, meeting clients face-to-face, and developing new accounts in their territory.

While you will oversee branch operations and staff, success in this role is driven first by your ability to sell and grow the business.What you'll do:Drive new business through outside sales, including in person prospecting, cold calling, networking, and client visitsDevelop and execute a territory growth strategy focused on revenue generation and market expansionBuild strong relationships with local decisionmakers across multiple industriesIdentify workforce challenges and deliver customized staffing solutionsNegotiate pricing, service terms, and agreements to close profitable businessConsistently meet or exceed revenue, margin, and growth targetsLead and develop branch staff to support client acquisition and service deliveryEnsure operational execution supports sales growth, service quality, and client satisfactionWhat we're looking for:Proven success in outside sales, with a track record of generating and closing new businessComfort prospecting in the field and building relationships face-to-faceStrong business judgment and the ability to identify opportunities and convert them into revenueAbility to work independently while managing a defined sales territoryLeadership experience or readiness to lead a small, performance focused teamBachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experienceCompensation & benefits:Salary $52k–$70k plus uncapped commission.
