We are seeking a high-level quality leader for a busy health system in Sacramento over two hospitals. This permanent leadership role offers the opportunity to develop and implement quality programs and initiatives, direct accreditation activities, support peer review, and managing legal and regulatory compliance.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- CA RN
- Master's degree in Business, Health Care, or Public Administration
- Experience with managing operational budgets, databases and spreadsheets, and delivering training programs.
- 10 years in clinical and management roles in health plan or health systems
- 9 years in leadership roles
- Professional Healthcare Quality Certificate within 24 months of hire
