Area Operations Manager

Medi Home Care , a proud member of the Medical Services of America family, currently seeks an experienced Full-time Area Operations Manager for our HME team in Myrtle Beach (Horry County), SC .

This person will be responsible for the overall management of the HME Region Hub including staffing, financial, marketing and daily operations.

• Coordinates and manages Area Hub, ensuring intake/documentation processes are followed and acceptable results are achieved.
• Ensures adequate supply of qualified staff. Responsible for recruiting, hiring and orienting staff.
• Provides adequate opportunity for education and ensures that all staff meets job qualification requirements.
• Ensures that the documentation required for reimbursement is completed on a timely basis and in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Works closely with DOM/Marketing staff to provide education to physicians and other community resources.
• Maintains staff job results by coaching and counseling; taking corrective action, planning, monitoring, and appraising job performance.

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university preferred.
• Previous HME industry work experience preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Previous marketing experience preferred.
